Press the “Menu” key from the home screen and click “Setup.” Click “Email Accounts,” and then click “Internet Mail Account.” Enter your email setup login information if prompted.Press the “Menu” key and click “Service Books.” A message confirming that the books were sent is displayed.Replace the battery and cover after one minute and wait for the Bold to restart. In some cases, resending the service books to your Black Berry Bold can clear up an issue with receiving your emails.The service books contain information that's used to send and receive emails on your phone.Your phone's settings aren't altered during the process.
Your email filters can affect whether or not you receive all of your messages on the Bold smartphone.
Press the “Menu” key from the home screen and click “Manage Connections.” Check the “Mobile Network” field if it's not active and wait for the cellular data connection on your phone to activate.
Two arrows appear at the top of your screen when the connection is active.
